If you are going to surprise your friends by grilling the fish I would recommend to buy the salmon. You could buy the whole fish or the steaks. It depends of what you prefer. I am personally love more filet because it is easy to handle. Pay attention to the color of the fish. If the fish is fresh it should have the bright pink color and fishy smell. If you use frozen fish make sure that you have enough time to unfrozen it in the refrigerator.

Cooking time : 15 min
Place salmon in shallow dish.
Usually before grilling I marinate the fish for 30 minutes using vegetable oil, lime, fresh parsley, kosher salt and seasoning variations. Mix well all ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate.
Drain, discarding marinade.
Grill salmon over medium coals for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

It was cold outside but I really wanted to make ribs. I know how to cook it but I just wanted to find movie to help you with this issue. I came across this video and found one that I thought would be very useful for you. The cooker used the broiler to do the perfect ribs. I personally use the Kansas’s bbq sauce.
